  I used their service this year. They came and sprayed twice but of no use. No weeds had gone. So I called and complained to them. The representative (Brad) he cussed me and hang up the phone. I called back again and talked to another gentleman, he said nothing they can do. . If weed are not gone, they don't have any warranty on the work. Worse service that I ever received.

  I hired them in the spring of 2014, by the 5th treatment my lawn was worse than when they started. I called and asked them to stop coming out and that i no longer requested their services. They continued to show up and bill me and sent my account to collections. Stay away from this company more trouble than their worth.

  I would love to write a review for Emerald Lawns. I would not recommend them and I will be letting everyone on social media know and ask if they can pass the word around. My mission is to get the word out about emerald lawns and how poorly there services are. I had hired them last spring (2014) for front and back yard lawn care. The service was mild and lacking in detail of the perimeter of our yard. Though how they treat you if you reschedule an appointment with them, they will ignore your request even though you spoke to them over the phone that you wish to cancel the lawn treatment. Which is the only way to cancel or reschedule the treatment. There are no written statement or process of cancelling or rescheduling. Emerald lawn will jump your fence to treat the back yard which is TRESPASSING.... and DAMGE to our fence. Emerald lawn will then charge you even though you cancelled the appointment. Emerald lawns will wait a few months so emerald lawn can add on late charges then on top of the bill for the service that I cancelled. Last but not less Emerald lawns will send you to debt collections. Yes, debt collections.......... Do I need to say more about emerald lawns. I am so glad I have an attorney in my family.
